Building a DIY seesaw haunted animatronic Halloween decor project for 2025. #arccaptain
Today I finally was able to build a project that was an idea last year. 2025 finally has the skeleton haunted seesaw animatronic decor. This is an easy DIY project and can be made from wood but I opted for metal as it was available. The wiper motor and mounting was the most difficult part as I did not read up how leverage and force worked. The wiper motor was from ebay but I will post affiliate links to amazon with similar parts that can be used.

Welding galvanized is dangerous due to gas that is created by welding on it.
