I build a 1x10 gravel/cross bike using vintage road bike frame. The drivetrain is a single 36 tooth wide/narrow chainring on the front and a 11-40 tooth cassette on the back. I use a Shimano 105 (5701) rear derailleur and Shimano 5600 brake/shifters (brifters). I also converted the frame to use recessed mounted Tektro R316 brakes. The frame was from a Ross 290S Signature Model with Ishiwata triple butted tubing. The wheels are ALEXRIMS DM18 WHEELSET w/ Shimano HB-RM40 front hub, Shimano FH-RM40-8S rear hub. The finished bike weighed about 25.5lbs.
