Power Apps turns the data your business already runs on into an app people can actually use. In this demo, a Dataverse table of open roles and candidates — the data could just as easily be a SharePoint list, Excel, a SQL database, or an uploaded CSV — becomes a fully working model-driven app in seconds. Power Apps connects directly to the table, inspects the schema, and generates navigation, forms, and calculated columns automatically. Save, publish, and it's a real app on real business data in under a minute.
From there, you modernize it. Enable Microsoft 365 Copilot in model-driven apps and the Form Fill Assist toolbar from app settings, and users can query app data in natural language or drag in a resume to auto-populate every field. (Copilot chat uses a Microsoft 365 Copilot paid license.) With Generative Pages, describe a recruiting operations dashboard — pipeline funnel, stage health, time-to-hire trends — and the app agent reads your data model, picks the right tables and columns, and builds the page, with a code preview so you can review its logic. Add an Agent Feed with agents built in Copilot Studio to proactively flag records that need attention, missing data, and decisions that need a human. And because these apps connect through Work IQ, you can act on the same data from Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook — adding a candidate straight from an emailed resume.
