Build Challenge Near Cutler Bend across from the river.
Only rule is to incorporate the bridge and the parking lot into build. The rest is up to you!!! Make a city, a small town or a simple player home. Goal is to see how people would use this place to build.

I didn't show the place before i built since its just an empty lot with few cars. I recommend looking around for yourself on this one since its a fairly small and simple area.
