It ain't pretty but it works! Today I build a dust collection port that attaches directly below the table of my 14" bandsaw with rare-earth magnets.
I've actually been frustrated for a while now because I felt like there had to be a better way to connect my dust collector to my bandsaw but I couldn't figure out how to attach it because the underside of the table is such a weird shape but it was too thin to tap screws into. One day I was looking at that package of magnets and it just clicked.
