This demo shows an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server connecting AI agents directly to Azure Cosmos DB using the official MCP Go SDK.

The AI discovers and invokes real, structured tools to list databases and containers, run queries, read items, and create data — all through MCP tool calls backed by the Azure Cosmos DB Go SDK.

Instead of generating example code or guessing outcomes, the AI interacts with live Cosmos DB resources through a standardized, secure interface, demonstrating how MCP turns databases into AI-addressable systems.
