In this video I build a pro level deck with pressure treated wood you can get from your local shop. I used Tuff Blocks for the foundation with 4x4 posts. Then I used 6x12 pressure treated joists.
This deck will last 20 years as long as you keep it clean. I would suggest putting a sealant on it every couple years too due to the sun beating it up.
