A review of Alan Parker’s 1976 musical gangster comedy starring among others Scott Baio and a young Jodie Foster in which New York in the roaring 20s is presented by child actors playing adult roles (with their singing voices provided by adults), cream balls and pies serving as weapons and cars being pedal operated.
Apologies: on one section where the onscreen text was meant to read 'the music' it reads 'the comedy' sorry.
