this gimmick features some custom code i made myself!!
i want to thank VTXG for guiding me along the basics for coding and also helping out with this lil time stop screen effect area thingy (i couldnt figure out how to turn the screen effect off again when youre outside the area lol)
seriously though hes actually the goat
before anyone asks, the cosmic cloud flowers are purely visual. their sole purpose is to indicate where the cloud flowers will be and to show that they aren't collectable until the slowdown happens. mario does not interact with them in any way.
