Hello Varlets!
The provisional notes for Patch 14 has arrived... and if you thought Patch 13 was thick, this one has 3 pages of changes - mostly buffs alongside much needed bugfixes and expected nerfs to some talents nodes and combat mechanics.
As these are provisional notes, whatever that is covered here can very well change by the time Patch 14 actually drops, but for now, we at least get a glance into what might be taking place when the time comes!
