From a damaged VHS copy of the Prism's "The Killing Machine" (I apologize for the much lesser quality).
This may be repurposed from an export trailer for the 1978 Japanese martial arts documentary. It was produced by American ex-pat Arthur Davis (who had a hand in producing and exporting other Japanese films going back to the early 1960s) and eventually released in the U.S. by Crown International Pictures.
