What an easy dish to make! Your family is going to love Corn Casserole And the best part it is very budget friendly!!
This is what you are going to need (note in the video I Doubled this recipe!)
1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 large egg
1/2 cup of sour cream
7 oz cream style corn
3/4 cup sharp cheese grated
1/2 tsp of sugar
1/2 stick of butter(melted butter)
1 small can chopped green chilies
Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes!
