Budget friendly, festive meals we made over the weekend. Turning meals and leftovers into freezer batch cooked meals, and making your budget stretch further with these delicious Christmas week meals! Cola ham (gammon), cooked in the slow cooker! A real winter must make, roast dinners, homemade chicken stock, and chicken (turkey) and gammon festive pie! All ingredients are from Aldi, Lidl and the gammon from Tesco.
