Buckeye Block Watch non-sworn security patrols act as extra eyes and ears in the off-campus area. In support of existing sworn police patrols, Buckeye Block Watch reports suspicious activity while also offering resources and information to students living, or traveling, in the University District. Members receive extensive training in how to deal with difficult situations and learn best practices for public engagement, including mental health responses, first aid and CPR.
