Rando strat discovered by hambrgr187. This gives you access to the Bubble Berry Tree without the Water Stone or Sushie.
Like all Laki Jumps, while riding Laki, press c-down and c-right at the same time. You did it right if the partner menu opens while Mario jumps into the air and freezes. From here, just change to any other partner and Mario will clip through the table.
Note that Laki's bobbing animation matters. The first attempt in this video shows what happens if your starting height is too low when you press the c buttons. Honestly you probably don't need to worry about that too much for this instance of the trick though since I think failing it is frame-perfect. It took me multiple attempts to get an example of failing. Just keep in mind that it is possible to fail, and if it happens, just try again.
