Finally, another arcade let's play! We're comin' back with Arcade Appreciation, continuing the theme of "Cute characters battling with bubbles/balloons/whatever" with Puzzle Bobble 2! Or as us in the West might remember it, Bust a Move 2!

Fun fact! This was actually released in the arcade on SNK's Neo Geo platform! In this episode, I'm battlin' it out as Bub against the various CPUs lurking in this game. Zany character designs and zippy high energy music await!

While not as off-the-rails fast and action-packed as Magical Drop III, Puzzle Bobble 2 still can be a fun puzzler in its own right. I'm not too big a fan of the RNG with the bubbles in this game, but eh, it can still be a fun time.

Also yes, this is that game with the infamous PS1 US cover art. No I don't know what they were thinking!
