This is the BigtreeTech #RaspberryPi Pad 5. This is an IO Board for the CM4., that also has a 5in 800x480 IPS pixel display. I decided that I wanted to run #Octoprint with #Octodash on it. Is it simple to configure? Well I broke it down to 10 steps. Let me know what you would use this for? Mini computer, game system, robot, special project?

Step 1 - BigtreeTech Github - Download PDF

Step 2 -
Flip the switches to USB Mode - Then connect to USB-C to your computer
Step 3 -Download, install, and run RPI Boot:
github.com/raspberrypi/usbboot/raw/master/win32/rpiboot_setup.exe
Step 4 -Download, Install, and run the Raspberry Pi Imager
raspberrypi.com/software
Step 5 -
Power down, Remove USB-C, Flip Switches back, Power up, wait for it to load
Step 6 - Download Putty
putty.org
Step 7 - Enable USB Ports
sudo sed -i '$a\dtoverlay=dwc2,dr_mode=host' /boot/config.txt
Step 8 - Install BTT Display drivers
sudo wget datasheets.raspberrypi.com/cmio/dt-blob-disp1-cam1.bin -O /boot/dt-blob.bin
Step 9 - Install OctoDash
