Glacial Trail has a unique mechanic where each tower becomes unable to attack for 2 rounds in a row every 10 rounds. As a result, the only candidates for an all pops challenge (or anything close to it) seem to be Obyn and Perma-Spike. The latter works with easy prices.

The goomba positions for this route appear to be unrealistic, however Ive later tested a different set of 4 goomba clones that I believe are likely achievable. Sadly, I havent gotten around to recording a TAS file of the 4 goomba idea yet (Id have to redo it from scratch).
The current record by Plush (https://youtu.be/SebEm9ZRFww ) used 20 goomba clones: 17 clones to scale the tower, 1 to collect a different red coin, and 2 more to collect the star.
This video seeks to reduce that count to 4 goombas: 3 clones to scale the tower and 1 for the other red coin.
The last 2 clones can be skipped for free with a slidekick (the momentum from the goomba bridge is not required). As for the bridge itself, heres how the goomba clones would work:
- The third goomba clone would be thrown from a remote HOLP using BCA (behind camera anywhere). The corresponding HOLP can easily be set in Chuckya Harbor, adding maybe 15 seconds onto the coin star there.
- The first two goomba clones might be achievable using transport cloning, i.e. throwing a goomba clone right as another goomba walks into it. Im not sure how well the geometry works out, but if we cant get these exact positions to reach the tower in 3 goomba bounces, we may still be able to do it in 4 or 5.

Collecting the only red coin in SM74EEEEEE that was thought to be impossible. This video is TAS.
There might be other solutions, though they are likely going to look similar - triplejump at the red with a specific angle, land in a specific position, then use the fall damage action to fall through a yellow coin onto regular ground.")

In his 1.0.1 update of SM74 Ten Years After, LinCrash locked the first key door leading to the second overworld. However, he had left the metal cap switch in a stage that was placed in that second overworld, making the metal cap unavailable for the first key fight.
FramePerfection conjectured on stream that this route might be possible, which I show to be correct here - sadly, it doesnt look like the pause-BLJ on the Thwomp nor the SBLJ back are remotely viable for Human completions. It is actually possible to reach the alcove with the fire spewer using just a sideflip dive rollout-cancel slidekick, but I didnt find a way to progress any further from there.")
