Ok...So you asked for another cooking video so we thought we would teach you to make one of my personal favorites. Chocolate Chip Scones and Clotted Cream.

Blueberry Scone Recipe:

2 cups all purpose flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sugar

4 oz. unsalted butter

1 cup chocolate chips or more :O)

1 cup heavy cream

2 eggs

Clotted Cream:

1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream

1/2 cup sour cream

Powder Sugar to taste we use about 4 Table Spoons.

About the LeffewsThey were a very private family living in northern CA. That was until CA passed prop 8.
