We have a Dev Blog going over some of what to expect for Patch 13, coming October 4th.
Overall there isn't very much new here, just some fear about how they are going to balance everything in the game. In this they mentioned Brutal Momentum specifically, to which the changes sound likely to make a very large impact to weapons reliant on it, such as Combat Axes. Hopefully they will be making enough balance changes to compensate for the loss of dps. This is a PvE, non-competitve game at the end of the day, so it is meant to be fun.
We will have to wait to see if they can do this right without drastically changing the pace of the game in a bad way, as the pace of the game currently, is really really good.
I'm sure many of us have hope, but that hope being masked by the fear this update isn't going to bring the glory we want it to. Hopefully it will. To the Emperor, we pray.
