Way of the Samurai was developed by Acquire, the creators of the Tenchu series. This game was published in by Spike, BAM Entertainment, and Eidos Interactive for JP, NA, and PAL respectively. It was released for the Playstation 2 console in 2002, and later ported to Playstation Portable in 2008. The most of notable feature of the game is a branching storyline (and multiple endings) based on the player's decisions.
