Brother's Year aka Petar Dundov is a Croatian producer born in 1973 in Zagreb. From an early age he had fascination with synthesizers and their benefits. In 1989 he bought his first keyboard and b started making music influenced by the classics Jean Michel Jarre, Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk. In 1993 he had the honor of composing the first Croatian rave anthem, Under City Rave, a theme that was later released on 12 "by the Berlin label, Formaldehyde Records, precisely, the German city hosted its first live shows in clubs as prestigious as -Werk.
In order to be next to the dance music he becomes a Dj and appears in the scene of electronic producers with different aliases: Soulslider or Pajazzo for German and English labels. It will be his brother Simon who accompanies him in the construction of the Brother's Yard label in 1996, which was born from the idea of deconstructing the techno in small parts and reconstructing it experimentally. Since its inception, Dundov's music is made without stylistic ties, sounds metallic, lo-fi and something soulful.
