The video is about Lucas's death. In the begining Brooke open her photo album and remember her relationship with Luke, their sad and happy moments, their break ups and make ups, she remember Lucas's death and how sad she was.

When she's on his grave Luke comes back as a ghost to help her get through this and when she does he disappears.

P.S. I'm sorry for the mistakes in the clip but it took me so much time to render it that I didn't fix them Sorry :)
