The rules are as follows:
-I cannot trade other players
-I cannot pick up loot from other players (No pking, no picking up items other players have dropped)
--In order to use any item, I must first unlock it IN GAME.
-AFTER an item is unlocked it can be sold and bought in the Grand Exchange from that point forward.
-This rule applies to EVERY item in game.

100M From Scratch PVM ONLY #10:
I have cleaned my entire bank and sold everything. The only ways I am allowed to make money are from pvm. No skilling, no other money making methods. I can do clues when they are dropped. I will be bossing, killing random monsters, doing minigames that require killing monsters to get items I need. The end goal is to make 100m from scratch and then use it to get 99 prayer.
