But since then the Super Hero Arc has happened and now we have Gohan Beast, Orange Piccolo and Cell Max in the frame alongside Ultra Instinct Goku, Ultra Ego Vegeta and Black Frieza, yet Broly is still being touted as the strongest. Is this referring to DBS Broly movie 'Broly' or a current Super hero arc Broly. And is he stronger than Gas whom Elec wished to be the strongest in the Universe.
