Tatsumaki is a denizen of Break and a deman or 'demi-human', one of many that inhabit the city. Not interested in any conflicts between man and deman, Tatsumaki rather is in search of opponents to test his strength. But besides being a warrior, he sometimes goes out of his way to do vigilante work, defending the citizens from rowdy thugs.
Tatsumaki is a traditional fighter in both 'Broken' and in fighting. His techniques have a sense of familiarity to them that will make him a welcome character to both new & old players alike. With a good balance between offensive and defense, Tatsumaki can play a number of different ways and still be effective. But just because he is easy to pick up, doesn't mean he's easy to master. Like every character, there are some things only a dedicated player will be able to pull off with him.
