The Broken Arrow Swim Drill is a great advanced drill for swimmers who may have tightness in their upper back, neck, and shoulders. This drill can help to keep these muscles from being troublesome.

As demonstrated here by Swim Smooth founder/Head Coach Paul Newsome, the Broken Arrow is a more advanced drill. As a warm up, consider some of the earlier swim drills in this video series.

You'll watch Coach Newsome swimming in place against the adjustable current of the Endless Pools Fastlane®. The Fastlane turns almost any traditional pool into an Endless Pool!
