According to the vocaloidlyrics wiki, they only ever made two songs, this one being one of them. It's likely that your first exposure to this song was through Y2KHAOS's "unsettling vocaloid songs but they get increasingly more obscure" playlist.
Admittedly, when i first heard this one, it scared the shit out of me.

I didn't know what it was about, or where it came from, or a single thing about it, and that scared me-but it also made me wanna know more!

Personal thoughts: either this song is literally about a frog boiling alive in the sun, or it's about a victim of bullying. I'm leaning more towards it being about bullying.
