Brodies LLP in partnership with Edinburgh Law School presents the 2020 Charles Smith Memorial Lecture entitled, 'The British Way of Environmental Protection' as part of the 2020 Brodies Environmental Law Lecture Series.
The lecture was given on Thursday, 23 January 2020 by Prof Ben Pontin. Prof Pontin is Professor of Law at the University of Cardiff, director of the student-led pro bono clinic called the Environmental Law Foundation Cardiff Clinic, and co-director of the Environmental Justice Unit.
