At first, I was going to discard this idea, because of how hard it was to hear all of those notes hidden in about 15 seconds of the music. Plus, the percussion was a lot louder than most of the notes. This involved a lot of listening to the original at 0.5 speed, and then 1x speed, over and over and over. Somehow, I managed to get most of what I heard, if not, all!
Either way, I'm happy I managed to finish this. I also had to play through Super Paper Mario again just to get to this boss, and it reminded me of how awesome this game is! I'd love another Paper Mario like this one.
