It is a somber time for Thomas & Friends fans, as Britt Allcroft, the creator of the Thomas & Friends TV series has sadly passed away at the age of 81. There is no doubt that the Thomas Franchise wouldn’t be as big as it is today if it weren’t for this amazing woman. She held such a great passion, and even mortgaged her house to get the pilot episode of Thomas & Friends filmed.
Rest in peace, Britt. You’re gone, but will never be forgotten. 🕊️
