It is wartime and during the Second World War many big bands played swing music to amuse and distract from the war experience. So did the British swing bands. Here we see two versions of the British Pathé. One with commentary and one with just the raw material without commentary. The latter version is slightly longer. The song played is "I Cried For You". Corporal George Bellmond is the leader of the 100 per cent Air Force Band. More about this in the film.
