Here I made modification to where I have smoke enter in both the top and bottom of the chamber instead of just the bottom. It worked very well and it is pretty even. Cannot wait to do more cooks on this fabulous but little known smoker called the Peoria Custom Cooker. This thing needs to be talked about.
