Metroid for NES has some interesting plants. Without sunlight, it's questionable how the plants in Brinstar are managing to survive, if they are even photosynthetic to begin with. Join me in an attempt to make sense of the science behind how these plants are continuing to thrive despite a harsh environment that plants would never persist in on Earth. 🍖
