The Philadelphia Cycling Classic isn't just a bike race. It's a massive party that embodies the spirit of a community.

John Carpenter and Julia Heberle, of Roxborough, have long felt that way about the race and are thrilled to see it returning this year. Not only will they do all they can to make it feel like a party; They'll be doing so while rooting on their son.
