1-9: 8 tin, 10-54: 7 coal, 55+: 6 mithril
- neitiznot shield (OR 56 wc, axe, 1 bronze nail, 1 extra rope)
- 8 split logs (OR 56 wc, axe)
- Yak hide armor (OR 46 crafting and a weapon to kill yaks)
recommended:
- 1 stamina pot with weight reducing clothing
- food, armor, weapon and pots
to kill 10 trolls of around cb 80 && an ice troll of cb 122 who should be immune to rng/magic @end of quest
- food to pass ice trolls
- empty inventory minimum of 4, 10 would be better

recommended:
1 stamina pot
food, armor, weapon and pots to 2 trolls which are cb 101 DAD and 113 Troll General but safespot-able. Max hits are 27 and 38 respectively
Use range or magic to defeat Dad to get slammed
food to pass aggressive trolls and might need to tank a 38 hit
games necklace in the bank in case you die
combat spell must be earth strike or better. About 200 fire strikes will be enough
