#BRIDGEWALKER
Shavon Bonnie Legion • Jon Binnie • Makis Gibs • Brian Grass
Bridgewalker began with an idea.
For a long time, I have used the word Bridgewalker to describe something I recognize in myself—the person willing to stand between worlds, perspectives, darkness and light. Someone who can walk into the shadow without becoming the shadow, hold opposing truths without needing to destroy either one, and keep looking for the bridge when everyone else is choosing sides.
Over the years, I have recognized that same quality in my online friend Jon Binnie.
Jon is a spiritual mentor, advisor, medium and musician whose work explores encouragement, breath, shadow integration and the deeper parts of ourselves. I had been listening to his original acoustic performances, breathing shorts and words of encouragement for quite some time. There was something familiar in the way he approached the shadow—not as something to fear or defeat, but something to understand and integrate.
We had wanted to collaborate, and eventually in the YouTube comments we finally said, let's do one.
Then one day I called Jon a Bridgewalker.
He said, “You know, I like that. Let's call our song that.”
My reaction was basically, OMG YES.
It felt like the song had named itself.
I wanted Bridgewalker to feel enormous and cinematic, with a powerful message underneath it while still being strange, playful and lighthearted. I started with the drum beat and wrote the song as a duet, creating separate lyrical and vocal parts for Jon and myself.
I recorded my vocals and sent Jon the track.
And Jon absolutely came through.
He created an incredible layered vocal performance—deep lead vocals, harmonies, falsetto, growls and unexpected textures. His range blew Brian and me away. There are moments where I hear shades of Bowie, Marilyn Manson and Jack Black, yet what came back was completely and unmistakably **Jon Binnie**.
Hearing our voices together lit the track up.
Brian Grass added bass guitar, production work and mixed our many vocal layers together. His ear helped transform what began as a drum beat and an idea into something much larger.
I was also deep into creating music with Makis Gibs, and I knew I wanted Makis walking this bridge with us. Makis added multiple layers of electric guitar, bringing his own unmistakable musical language and atmosphere into the track.
Brian then brought everything together in the final mix.
And somehow this little idea called *Bridgewalker* became BIG.
But I wasn't finished. 😂
For the full-length video, I created more than 60 AI-assisted still images, using photographs of Jon, Makis, Brian and myself as references to build animated versions of us inside the Bridgewalker universe. I brought those images to life with AI animation and then assembled the entire video piece by piece in VEGAS.
Alongside the animated story, I incorporated real performance footage of Jon, Makis and myself in a comic-book-inspired layout, fading between us performing while our animated counterparts travel through the world around us.
Real people beside imagined selves.
Musicians beside characters.
Shadow beside light.
Different worlds occupying the same frame.
Which is exactly what a Bridgewalker should be.
WHAT IS A BRIDGEWALKER?
A Bridgewalker is someone who stands between worlds without needing to destroy either one.
Someone willing to cross the distance between shadow and light, belief and doubt, pain and healing, self and other.
We don't pretend the darkness isn't there.
We walk through it.
We bring our demons.
We bring our wounds.
We bring our music.
And somewhere along the way, we remember that beneath all the divisions we have created, **our hearts were never divided.**
There is a bridge above the darkness.
Maybe some of us are here to walk it.
We are Bridgewalkers.

Huge love and gratitude to Jon Binnie, Makis Gibs and Brian Grass for walking onto this bridge with me and bringing pieces of yourselves that I could never have created alone.
Four people. Different voices. Different instruments. Different perspectives.
Meeting somewhere in the middle.
There is a bridge above the darkness.
And they call me the Bridgewalker.🖤

I AM THE WHEEL INSIDE | Live Capture Performance | Bonnie Legion
Welcome to this live capture performance of I Am The Wheel Inside, from my new EP I AM.
Inspired by themes of awakening, remembrance, transformation, and the eternal cycles that move through all things, this song explores the journey of releasing old identities and rediscovering the deeper current beneath the surface.
Blending ancient atmosphere, Nordic-inspired rhythms, and mystical imagery, I Am The Wheel Inside is an invitation to step beyond fear, beyond the stories we have inherited, and into something greater.
This performance was captured live and presented in its raw and authentic form.

✨ Lyrics ✨
[Verse 1]
Harness your spirit, dont hold it tight
Step through the dark without needing light
Close your eyes, feel whats underneath
Theres something alive in the space you keep
Pull in the air like its something new
Let all the noise fall out of you
Theres a current beneath your skin
If you go quiet, it pulls you in
[Pre-Chorus]
Everything turning, the wheel inside
Threads of your story start to unwind
Something is calling you past the frame
You wont come back quite the same
[Chorus]
Walk with me where the edge dissolves
Where nothing you were can stay involved
Step by step, let the old you fall
You were never meant to carry it all
[Verse 2]
Barefoot moving on sacred ground
Drop what you thought made you safe and sound
Names and faces, the roles you play
Fade like echoes you cant replay
Theres a rise ahead you have to climb
Not in distance, but out of time
Something waits where the air gets thin
But you dont arrive as who youve been
[Pre-Chorus]
Feel it pulling beneath your chest
Breaking apart what you thought was best
Every layer begins to release
Not destruction—this is peace
[Chorus]
Walk with me where the edge dissolves
Where nothing you were can stay involved
Step by step, let the old you fall
You were never meant to carry it all

🎵 “Monsters” – Bonnie Legion x Qrittix
A haunting electro-pop track produced by Netherlands producer Qrittix, “Monsters” dives into the madness of the modern world religion, politics, society, and the power of words that build or destroy. Featuring an eerie Joker quotes and darkly hypnotic production, this song captures the tension between inner demons and outer chaos.
Lyrics
[Intro – Joker Cartoon Sample]
“The moment he kills me, he becomes me.
If I kill him, I miss the opportunity to see him suffer.
Oh... dilemmas, dilemmas.”
Verse 1
I get tired sometimes of all the madness
I get lost in my mind with all the blackness
There’s something so unnerving with this religion
And there is something so disturbing in society’s prison
Chorus
We’re letting out the monsters, as you can see
I’m faced with a monster inside of me
Words — powerful words, drawing a line in the sand
Words — words, powerful words
Give the monsters permission
Words — powerful words, powerful words
Flashing above the land
Words — powerful words, monsters for division
Verse 2
I can’t seem to find all the pieces
And I know I want to free my mind from all the leeches
There’s something so unnerving in all of the news
There’s something so disturbing in all of your truths
Chorus
Words — powerful words, drawing a line in the sand
Words — powerful words
We give the monsters permission
Words flashing above the lands
Words — powerful words, monsters for division
When I wrote “Monsters,” I was feeling the weight of a world unraveling people divided by screens, words, and ideologies that twist meaning into weapons. It’s a song about reflection, about the monsters we’ve created both inside ourselves and in the collective consciousness. Every tweet, post, and soundbite adds to the fire. But within the darkness, there’s still a chance to choose empathy, awareness, and truth. This song feels more relevant today than ever a mirror to the chaos we keep feeding, and a call to wake up before the words consume us all.
