Magnolia County is finally entering a new era. While the world has moved on to the Bridges and Ports expansion, Chairity Bay is still stuck in the past. Today, we change that. We are launching a wholesale revamp of the island to transform it from a vanilla 2024 build into a modern, gritty industrial powerhouse.

To fix our confusing roadway network and traffic bottlenecks, we are calling a MASSIVE mulligan on Chairity Bay. We’re tearing down half the island to make room for:
- Two new controlled-access highways,
- One massive system interchange & four service interchanges,
- Two new expressways,
- A dedicated rail line, and
- multiple custom bridges

This is Part 1 of our Chairity Bay redevelopment series. It’s time to build big and build back better!
