FOR Skin/ Hair: Raw coconut Oil or Olive Oil use a few drops of pure myrrh essential oil mix and apply. ( I personally use olive oil with the myrrh)

-BEST TO USE 100% LINEN:
The human body has a signature frequency of 100, and organic cotton is the same – 100. The study showed that if the number is lower than 100, it puts a strain on the body. A diseased, nearly dead person has a frequency of about 15, and that is where polyester, rayon, and silk register. Nonorganic cotton registers a signature frequency of about 70. However, if the fabric has a higher frequency, it gives energy to the body. This is where linen comes in as a super-fabric. Its frequency is 5,000. Wool is also 5,000, but when mixed together with linen, the frequencies cancel each other out and fall to zero. Even wearing a wool sweater on top of a linen outfit in a study collapsed the electrical field. The reason for this could be that the energy field of wool flows from left to right, while that of linen flows in the opposite direction, from right to left.
When it comes TO 100% COTTON IS TOUGH BECAUSE THIS MATERIAL IS AT TIMES HARD TO FIND many mixtures are out there BUT 100% LINEN you can easily tell its linen once you know how is suppose to look and feel. I try using 100 percent cottons for my little one at the moment again paying close attention to the material being used.

•BRAS/UNDERWEAR: NO ELASTICS or WIRES use same material as a string.
-NO SCARF around neck it’s a fashion of the world. Use your “Head Covering” to cover your neck.
•Women Purse: 100% Linen
•MEN/WOMEN: NO ZIPPERS/NO BUTTON/ NO JEWELRY SIMPLY SOLID LIGHT COLORS/No BlACK!
•MEN:
Men NO SHORT PANTS or SHORTS, NO TIGHT CLOTHING ON BODY. LONG SLEEVES NO SHORT SLEEVES.
•MEN HAIR: NO BALDNESS OF HEAD UNLESS IT NATURAL/NO SHAVING OF ALL BEARD
DON’T SHAVE FACE SMOOTH. Cutting it all off is like a woman’s face being smooth. It’s written Leviticus 21:5 “They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.”
•No perfume/NO COLOGNE
Make your own with natural ingredients.
-No Jewelry
-No MakeUp No LipGloss is still makeup.
•TO WASH CLOTHES/everything else:
Many detergents (contaminated)
Use soap nuts, soap wort roots or other soap plants that are natural soap/ natural soap organic. Let Father lead you.
•BATHING:
No Shampoo/soap bar etc.( Items are contaminated!)
ONLY WATER For your body when bathing simply use water. Water is a natural cleanser that Elohiym has given us. You get use to it. Especially if you keep your self clean shave on your body. “…he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even. Leviticus 15:11” this verse speak in regards to someone that’s unclean but what I want to bring to your attention is that there is no mention of soap ONLY WATER.
•DEODORANT:
No deodorant (contaminated)
You can make your own perfume with natural ingredients that’s good.
•SHOES:
Plant base shoes only. NO animal.
•SHAVING:
Shave under arms and lower “The BODY BEING SMOOTH. Shaving is part of cleanliness “ ONLY HAVE HAIR ON YOUR HEAD. Numbers 8:7
