You can use any motion graphics video with dark black background (top layer) and overlay it above any photo (bottom layer) to create a nice special effect using BLEND MODE in a video editing program… This Demo video uses the Soft Light Blending Mode… Blend Mode will mask out the dark black background of the video and only the lighter objects will be visible…

Using the blend mode will give better results than using a ChromaKey on a green screen video… The light diffusion is much better when using the blending mode.
