Milling a switch frame from 1.2 mm thick 5251 H22 grade aluminium sheet for a replica Brian May Red Special electric guitar using a Stepcraft 2/840 CNC machine with an industrial HF spindle from StoneyCNC. Screw hole drilling (2 passes only) shown speeded up 8 x. See the following section of my website for further details:
