Portland-based psychedelic doom project BREATH unveil their powerful new single “AWEN”, the first track from their upcoming full-length album BRAHMAN, to be released this Fall via Argonauta Records.

Formed by lifelong friends Steven O’Kelly and Ian Caton, BREATH weave a deeply introspective and spiritual musical experience that blends elements of doom metal, psychedelic rock, and ambient ritual soundscapes. “AWEN” marks a bold evolution in their sonic journey, enriched by the contributions of guitarist and producer Rob Wrong (Witch Mountain, The Skull) and keyboardist Lauren Hatch.

Recorded in the lush creative environment of the Pacific Northwest, “AWEN” is a hymn to transformation, nature’s mysticism, and the archetypal journey of the druid. The band channels deep, elemental forces through hypnotic riffs, ethereal keys, and visionary lyrics, expanding the boundaries of their musical identity.
