Often times people who leave MLMs (multi-level marketing businesses) find it difficult to talk about their experience. The culture of loyalty and belonging runs strong in MLMs.
The financial losses, emotional investment, and social pressure within the MLM community can make the idea of leaving scary. No one wants to lose money, lose their pride, lose their social connections, and let go of the visions of a wealthy future they were promised.
