BRELYON | Breaking the record for demos per hour @brelyon | Uploaded September 2023 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
Brelyon offers a virtual display with no headsets; as you can imagine our demos are very popular in different shows, so in order to maximize the exposure, we used the traffic theory in packet routing in communication networks. We rout the visitors to different experiences depending on how much traction there is and keep the traffic flowing.
At Vivatech 2023 in France, we managed to break our CES records in number of demos per hour, the number is around 136 people in one hour which gets us to roughly 1000 demos per day. The sparkle in kids eyes was priceless when they first experience Brelyon Ultra Reality monitor.
What we learned from this was the value of creating flow in demos, its important to create a journey for the visitors while giving a limited time range to each visitor, as some of the visitors like to chat more and stay around. The other important part is to give priority and have a separate section for processing people who need more time, this way while the flow keeps going the important conversations still get processed on the side. Its like having a buffer space next to your main line.
