We all thought that after the recent Secret Wars event, the Ultimate universe was no more.....
And that was, in fact the case.....

UNTIL NOW!!
As of Spider-Men II #5, the Ultimate universe is still very much in existence!! I personally flipped when I saw that while reading the comic!
