For the first time, the Mac mini is jumping straight to Apple's new **M6 chip**, built using Apple's first-generation **2nm technology**. Apple says the M6 delivers up to **40% faster CPU performance**, **2x faster graphics**, **2x faster storage** and an incredible **4x faster AI performance** compared with the M4 Mac mini!!
And there's an even MORE powerful option!! The new Mac mini can also be configured with **M5 Pro**, with configurations reaching up to an **18-core CPU and 20-core GPU**, making this tiny Mac an absolute powerhouse for video editing, 3D rendering, development, AI workloads and professional creative work.
Apple has upgraded connectivity too, with **Wi-Fi 7**, **Bluetooth 6**, standard **2.5Gb Ethernet**, optional 10Gb Ethernet and faster storage. The M5 Pro model also brings **Thunderbolt 5**, while Apple has kept the incredibly compact Mac mini design we already know.
