Day 6 of deliberations for Lindsay Clancy. To say this trial hasn't gripped America would be foolish at this point.
Was she criminally responsible is the ultimate question the jurors appear to be stuck on, and not on which offense she committed. The jury had Massachusetts version of an "Allen" charge read to them to try and break their deadlock but it doesn't appear to be working.
We'll get an final note from the jury today about the deadlock is my prediction. Let's find out together.
