People that do not establish boundaries are generally viewed as limitless, weak, and unstable by the controllers. Not having boundaries essentially gives them "permission" to manipulate you. However, once you establish your boundaries and communicate your limits, the controller will become frustrated. Saying no to the narcissistic-controller will move them from the controlling person to a frustrated person.
