Thanks to waifu privilege Labcoat 21 is the only character in DBFZ with an OTG besides Android 16. Unlike Android 16 though, Labcoat 21's OTG actually works which lets her combo off of moves explicitly designed to end combos. I.e. near enough anything that ends in a sliding knockdown.
