Learn Brazilian Portuguese without memorizing endless grammar tables.
In this lesson, you’ll discover a simple shortcut to form the Present Subjunctive in Brazilian Portuguese using something you already know: the present tense “eu” form.
Many learners struggle with the subjunctive because textbooks present it as a completely new system. But the truth is much simpler. The Present Subjunctive and the Imperative share the same conjugation patterns, and most irregular verbs follow a predictable transformation from the present tense.
By the end of this lesson, you’ll know how to form verbs like tenha, venha, peça, ponha, perca and many others — without memorizing endless tables.
